Brenna Lee listed our property in May, 2012. Wonderful pictures were taken of the property. We had several hits on the Internet and in less than 2 months we had a prospective buyer who purchased the property the first part of August, 2012.

Any time I had a question they were quick to respond. I was out of state when I was selling the property and needed someone who could handle things and any issues that would come up. The Lee Team could do that.

We worked wonky schedules and they were more than willing to meet up whenever we had the time, which sometimes meant 7-8pm in the evening. We looked at several houses by flashlight and in the freezing cold. They never once complained. :) I think that at one point we had looked at every available home in the size we were looking for in Gig Harbor and South Kitsap. We went through several attempts to buy and they were always great about the paperwork and the hassles and dealing with banks and owners. Finally one went fairly smoothly, there were bumps along the way but none of them were because of them (bank owned property). And we are now in a home that works for us and our family and we love it. I sure do miss seeing them several times a week though! :)
